Tash Rae Dietitian
Supporting individuals through every stage of life with compassion
I am here to help you feel confident, nourished, and supported every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Tash - A passionate dietitian, A Credentialled Diabetes Educator and a mum of two grown boys
My passion for nutrition grew from raising a young family on a budget and seeing firsthand how food supports health, connection, and resilience.
Today, I support older adults and people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, malnutrition, and gut concerns. I’ve also created an 8-week diabetes education program to help clients understand their condition and make sustainable changes.
No matter your age or stage, I believe good nutrition should feel practical, personal, and empowering
