I’m here to help you feel confident in your nutrition and enjoy food without the stress.

Delivering evidence-based, collaborative nutrition care across pregnancy, ageing and chronic conditions.

Hi, I’m Tash

An Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with a passion for helping people feel confident and supported in their health journey.

My career has taken me across aged care, pregnancy, and chronic condition management, where I’ve seen firsthand how the right nutrition can transform wellbeing. I believe food should be practical, personal, and empowering. Whether it’s supporting healthy ageing, guiding expectant mums through pregnancy, or helping people manage diabetes with clarity and confidence

I combine clinical expertise with a client‑centred style, listening carefully, setting clear goals, and creating practical plans that fit real lives. Collaboration is at the heart of my work, and I value building strong partnerships with healthcare providers, families, and communities.

Outside of my professional role, I’m a mum of two grown boys, and I know the challenges of balancing health with everyday life. That perspective shapes the way I connect with clients: with warmth, understanding, and a focus on what truly works.

When I am not working, I keep myself busy outdoors.

Credentials & Professional Memberships

With a Bachelor of Dietetics, Graduate Certificates in Aged Care and Diabetes Care, a Diploma in Dementia, and an ELNA Certificate in Nutrition Therapy for Pregnancy, I bring a comprehensive understanding of nutrition across all life stages. I am also a Monash University Accredited Low FODMAP Dietitian. As an active member of Dietitians Australia (DA), the Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA), the Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED), and the Early Life Nutrition Alliance, I remain committed to ongoing learning and best-practice care. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), I am recognised as an expert in food and nutrition, having completed a minimum four-year university degree and ongoing professional certification to support safe, evidence-based care.

Why Working With an APD Matters

With this foundation of training and experience, Accredited Practising Dietitians offer personalised support that goes far beyond nutrition advice. APDs combine advanced knowledge of human metabolism with the latest evidence to help you understand what your body truly needs. In a world full of confusing and conflicting information, it’s completely normal to feel unsure about what’s right for you. An APD is there to cut through the noise and translate reliable science into simple, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle. With an APD in your corner, you can feel calm, supported, and confident knowing your nutrition plan is safe, effective, and designed to help you feel your best now and long term.
